Old Wives Tail Argan & Rosemary Organic Treatment Oil

There are so many different hair treatments, hair oils and hair products to choose from that it can be very daunting to choose one that could be right for your hair type or will actually work.
I was lucky enough to be contacted by Lily who recently launched  Old Wives Tail and was offered a choice of one of her organic hair oils. After much deciding I went with the Argan & Rosemary Organic Treatment Oil* (£13.99) as it sounded the best for my hair type.

The Argan & Rosemary Organic Treatment Oil is used to deeply condition, moisturise and protect thick, frizzy and unruly hair. This is what appealed to me most as I have really thick hair and I haven't found a conditioner yet that can tame it without leaving it frizzy or dry but this treatment oil is definitely a step in the right direction.

With a blend of Shea Butter, pure organic Argan Oil, Vitamin E and organic Rosemary Oil the oil smooths, strengthens, encourages hair growth and aids in protecting your hair from weather and styling damage.

I use the oil when my hair is damp and leave it on for a few hours before washing it out. It is recommended that you rinse with water and shampoo and then repeat the process. I find this works extremely well and I also use the oil when I style my hair to smooth down any ends. Having naturally wavy hair, this oil works so brilliantly and not only has my hair been softer, shinier and healthier it has also grown which I put down to the oil protecting my hair from breakages - even my hair dresser was impressed with how healthy my hair was recently.

Price wise I think £13.99 is a great price for something that finally works on my hair. The amount of money I have spent on hair products that don't work is ridiculous but I am glad I have found this little gem.

All products from Old Wives tail are certified organic, sulfate free, paraben free, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and participate in absolutely no animal testing.

Have you tried anything from Old Wives Tail? What are your favourite hair products?
