Milani Baked Blush in Luminoso

This specific Milani Baked Blush is one that I have been lusting after for a good year or so and very excited to be adding this beauty to my collection.

The Milani Baked Blush in Luminoso ($8.49) has been on my wishlist for a VERY long time and although you can get them on eBay and Amazon I am always a bit dubious because of all the fake products flying around. Luckily I now have it in my life and do not have to wonder anymore!

Luminoso is one of their most popular shades and although it looks like just another orangey blush it truly is more than that. This peachy blush is absolutely gorgeous and way more pigmented than I thought it was going to be without being chalky, grainy or hard to use. I apply it with a light hand at first and then build it up to the colour I want.

I think this particular shade would flatter everyone no matter your skin tone as it is such a versatile colour and has the most amazing finish. It isn't glittery or hugely shimmery but instead just has a beautiful sheen which warms and brightens the face allowing for the healthiest glow and colour a person could ask for! I wish I could capture the sheen to show you but no camera can do this blush justice.

The rave is real with this blush and every time I use it I love it even more and can definitely see the hype behind this blush.

Have you tried the Luminoso Blush? What is your favourite Blush?

  2. I've never used this kind of colour for a blush but it looks and sounds amazing. So pigmented too! As with all milani blushes :) x

    1. It comes off less orange on me and definitely can be built up but when applied with a light hand it just looks really beautiful and healthy. It is more of a pinky peach on my cheeks :) It really is beautiful xx

  4. I love this shade! I was really afraid it was going to be too orange for me, but somehow it just works. I really like the subtle shimmer too—gives a really pretty glow. Right now I'm really into Benefit box blushes—a little late to that party, but now I see what all the hype is about :)

    1. I thought the same thing but with my natural colour it gives such a beautiful colour! I still need to try the Benefit box blushes as some of them look so beautiful! Which ones do you have? xx

    3. Dandelion looks gorgeous and Hervana was the one I really wanted hehe but I also love the look of Rockateur minus the packaging xx

    4. Yea, the packaging was definitely a factor for me—I just can't deal with tacky packaging so Rockateur and Coralista are not going to happen. haha :)

    5. Same here! I am not spending £24 for bad packaging. I really hope they listen to their customers and maybe re-invent the packaging as the blush inside is GORGEOUS! I swatch it every time I go near a Benefit counter but the packaging is just a no xx
