Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Blissful

If you delve into these blog waters regularly then you would know how obsessed I am with anything Tarte but especially their blushes.

Another Tarte product I acquired and my last Tarte blush from my USA swap is the gorgeous Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Blissful ($26 - £15.66).

This shade is described as a shimmering warm peach and is the shade I decided to go for instead of Tipsy purely because I wanted to play it safe but now I definitely think I will own Tipsy in future.

This shade is the most gorgeous peach shade I have come across! It isn't too orangey, too red or too pink but instead has a beautiful combination of all three colours making it extremely versatile and easy to wear.

The lasting time on these is phenomenal and I do not have a blush in my collection that beats the wear time. The colour pay off is great and can be sheered out for a more natural look or built upon for more colour which is really perfect for someone who isn't too comfortable with blushes, starting out with makeup or someone who prefers the options (which is me).

I love how this looks on the cheeks and can imagine this shade would suit many skin tones. The slight shimmer gives the face a very subtle healthy glow without being too overbearing and is hardly recognisable on the face once applied.

The versatility of this colour really shines when using it with different makeup looks from a more natural casual look to a colourful makeup look to even the smokiest of eyes and big lashes approach, this truly is a colour to own and adore.

Do you own any of the Tarte blushes? What do you think?

  2. I'm always so jelous of all the american products you have on here haha (I know Tarte is available in the UK but it's not as easy to get a hold of). This is a gorgeous shade x

    1. Only because of my international swap hehe I was very lucky otherwise I would have none of this! :) I wish I lived in the USA :) xx

  3. Gorgeous shade! It looks totally up my alley. Tarte seem to have a ton of awesome peachy-pinks/corals! I really want to get my hands on Tipsy and Captivating as well!
