An Easter Lush Event

A few weeks ago I was invited to the Milton Keynes blogger event at LUSH and being the LUSH fan I am, happily hopped over to take a sneak peak at their Easter Range and learnt some information about their products.

We started the evening learning about the Gorilla Perfume range and how every single scent has a little story and meaning behind them. There is such a wide selection to choose from varying on a persons taste. We were all given the chance to have a personalised perfume consultation and the two scents that really caught my nose were Dirty and Vanillary, I loved both of these in the spray perfume and solid perfume format.

Next, each piece of the Easter collection was revealed!

Starting with the Golden Egg Bath Bomb Melt which smelt like absolute toffee/honey heaven, I have never used anything this glittery before but I was assured it doesn't leave as much of a mess behind as most people think so I can't wait to pop one in the bath. We then moved on to the Bunch of Carrots Bubble Bar which are re-usable! I had these last Easter and really loved them! The cute bunny faces are the new Hoppity Poppity Bath Bombs, I had little the little bunnies from last years range and think these are pretty similar, definitely an item I would stock up on.

Soap wise there was Carrot which smells refreshing and uplifting and once cut has a little white bunny running through the entire thing. I snagged one of these little chunks last year and thoroughly enjoyed using it! New to the Easter gang is the Somewhere Over the Rainbow Soap (not pictured) which again, smells incredible and looks stunning with all the multi-coloured pieces. Talking about getting clean, the Pot O' Gold Shower Jelly smells energising and really refreshing. Have any of you tried the shower jellies? What were your thoughts?

To finish off we have the Fluffy Egg Bath Bomb which I will be stocking up on as I hadn't tried it last year. It has the same scent as the Creamy Candy Bubble Bar which is one of my favourite smells! Not pictured as they hadn't received them yet were the Immaculate Eggception Bath Bomb which I will be going back for as they sounded amazing. I love the new collections LUSH brings out and truth be told, I never actually used to treat myself to LUSH bath products but I am a firm addict now and do not get my bath accessories anywhere else.

After learning about the new range, we were given the opportunity to make our own Catastrophe Cosmetic fresh face mask. I have never made my own face mask before but it was really fun and I could definitely see myself working in the LUSH Kitchen, hand making loads of goodies.

The night was super and meeting lots of lovely ladies who share the same passion for blogging as I did was really refreshing and comforting. A big thanks to LUSH Milton Keynes for extending the invitation to myself!

What goodies are you picking up for Easter?
