Bodhi & Birch Bath & Shower Therapy

If you have been following me for awhile you would have seen a few rave reviews on the lovely products that I have been using from Bodhi & Birch. These two new additions are no different and are very special to my shower routine.

I received the Bodhi & Birch Bath & Shower Therapy £18* a few weeks back before I moved into my new flat and was excited to try the scents. I wanted a light, clean and refreshing shower gel for Summer, especially when the days get hotter and when I get back from the gym in the morning - I always like to have something very uplifting and fresh to give me a boost. I also wanted one that was quite warming but still fresh for evenings, after long work shifts whether I was bathing or showering.

The two scents I went for are Mint Thé and Ylang-Ylang Incensa. I first fell in love with Ylang-Ylang Incensa when I attended the Bodhi & Birch event last year in August - it smells incredible and comforting, it has a deep warmth to it that always makes my muscles feel relaxed. It contains a blend of Ylang-Ylang, Atlas Cedarwood, Honeysuckle, Neroli, Camomile and Pink Peppercorn. This is gorgeous on those chilly days when you want to just relax and feel at peace or just indulge in a nice long bath!

Mint Thé is unlike anything I have ever smelt, it is such a burst of freshness that you instantly feel perked up. I already use the Mint Thé Temple Balm for when I am suffering from headaches, stress or my anxiety and have found the scent alone is a great distraction so when asked if I wanted to try this scent, I was already all over it. Infused with Peppermint, Frankincense, Marjoram, Lavender and Lactic Acid this is one companion you need for everyday especially whilst in these beautiful warmer months! Not only is the scent extremely cooling and refreshing but still maintains its relaxing benefits just like my much beloved Temple Balm and is the perfect addition after hitting the gym or doing sports as it instantly helps sooth aching muscles.

It doesn't stop there, Bodhi & Birch have so many different products to choose from and the best thing? You can pair your favourite shower gel with their matching body moisturisers and really enlighten your senses.

I am not the best at describing scents but if like me you enjoy the finer shower companions then I definitely recommend checking out the incredible range that Bodhi & Birch have to offer. I have been a fan of Bodhi & Birch for well over a year now and everything I have tried has been above and beyond what I had expected.

What are your favourite shower buddies? Have you tried anything from Bodhi & Birch?

*A big thank you to Elijah for reaching out and letting me try these gorgeous products*
