Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Liner in Teal

A true fan of the Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Liner in Intense Black, I decided that for Summer I wanted a liner that had a bit of colour to it in an attempt to brighten up my makeup routine.

When YSL launched their Effet Faux Cils Shocking liners for Summer I was ALL OVER IT but found the tip to be quite dry and through experience it definitely wasn't smudge free which I need. It was a shame as they colours were gorgeous but for £25.50 I expected a bit more from the formula so passed on them. I thought I would give the Stila one a go as their black liner is my favourite and does not budge whether showering, gyming, crying or wiping my eyes and for £13 it really was a steal.

I went for the shade Teal as not only is it my favourite colour but I feel it really compliments my eye colour and dramatically brightens up my eyes.

I am not good with eyeliner at all! I do not have a steady hand, I don't know how to perfect the on 'FLEEK' wings or the sultry feline flicks and my application leaves much to be desired but these Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liners are by far the easiest liquid liners I have used to date. Teal is a great choice if you are looking for something brighter as the colour doesn't show up mistakes easily therefore giving me a bit of leeway when it comes to applying. Now when it comes to plotting out my flicks these sure do make my life easy, the felt tip is the perfect width for a flick and the intense pigmentation with these are great in order to get it right the first time without having to rub my eyes with 200 cotton buds in order to get some sort of semblance of a wing.

The only qualm I have with this particular one (I am not sure if this is a fault in product or an older version of the liner) is that the first time I used it, it was absolutely amazing in terms of colour and I found that after using this for the 5th time it was becoming more and more dry although I have noticed that black one has a suction locking cap to keep it moist and easy to use whereas this one comes with the older version of the cap with no suction lock so I suspect this may be the culprit.

Saying that; I am obsessed with this colour and after adding this one to my collection I am even more obsessed with the formula of them. They last all day and once set do not budge! Teal is the perfect addition for the warmer months and I have been wearing it almost everyday since purchasing it. It isn't too intimidating and in your face but it adds the most beautiful, unique colour and for £13 and containing 15 different shades, you really cannot go wrong.

Coloured liners are where it's at I'm telling you!

What are your thoughts on coloured liner? Have you tried Stila's liners?
