The Vegan Kind Monthly Subscription Box: November

I was so interested by November's vegan box as once again I had seen many pictures of other people's boxes which, as usual got me very excited for the day mine arrived.

Firstly a huge happy 2nd birthday to The Vegan Kind! 24 months of fantastic boxes, amazing customer service, high quality and unique products... Here is to many more years!

This months anniversary box may just be one of the best yet and I know, I know I say that with possibly every box but they do just keep getting better and better so until next month this is definitely the best we have had and one you need to go grab now whilst there is still some left to take.

Cocoa Libre Honeycomb Chocolate Slab (100g - £3.95)
Why don't we get all of the chocolate out the way first as I know this is definitely one of my favourite things to receive in the TVK boxes. What can beat chocolate? Especially vegan chocolate which I have completely switched over to as opposed to chocolate that contains dairy. Cocoa Libre make artisan chocolates suitable for vegans and coeliacs. Their chocolates are made with rice milk which make them wonderfully creamy and indulgent. I mean they say you can share this but let's face it, this one is all for me.

iChoc Choco Cookie Chocolate Bar (80g- £2)
Another rice milk chocolate bar containing crunchy, dark cocoa biscuit pieces running throughout. I cannot wait to dig into this bar as I have yet to try a vegan chocolate bar with biscuity pieces and although I am not a huge biscuit person, anything covered in chocolate and I am there.

Ten Acre The Story of When The Cheese Met The Onion Crisps (135g - £1.99)
A sharing bag of Ten Acres crisps? Yes, please. Although again, these will not be shared because I do not share my Ten Acres lightly. These have to be some of my favourite crisps out there and I was really glad to see them making a return appearance. Some of my favourite flavours from the brand are How Chicken Soup Saved The Day, The Day Sweet and Sour Became Friends and The Amazing Adventures of Salt and Vinegar. I definitely recommend trying Ten Acres if you have a crisp sweet spot.

Quinola Mothergrain Quinoa (150g - £1.99)
I am Quinoa crazy, it really is one of my favourite replacements for other carbohydrates not to mention so easy to make and make a fantastic addition to any meal with all of the benefits they hold. These are labeled 'kids' but look like they are a great portion size. Three easy to go bags that take 30 seconds in the microwave making it easy for work, school or just if you need something quick. I love the flavour variety as I have only ever made my own Quinoa which I often do with vegetable stock but cannot wait to try the Thai, Tex Mex and Mediterranean flavours. Thank you TVK for blessing me with my favourite grains!

Hurraw Lip Balm (Full Size - £4.49)
I was over the moon when I saw that Hurraw was an addition to this month's TVK box. I have wanted to try their lip balms for the longest time (I do have a lip balm addiction) my favourite lip balm at the moment are the LUSH balms which I have gone through three pots in the last five months so this will be a great addition to try. TVK have included 6 of their favourite flavours to share throughout the boxes; these include Chai Spice, Chocolate, Black Cherry, Lime, Mint and Vanilla Bean. I received Vanilla Bean which is fantastic as vanilla is often my favourite! If those 6 flavours don't tickle your senses then try one of their other twenty three flavours.

Be Kind, Go Vegan Wrist Band (£1.99)
A cute simple wrist band with a great message behind it. Also a lovely gesture and present for subscribers.

The Vegan Kind box costs £10* a month plus postage and packaging. It is completely worth it as they always go above and beyond when it comes to product selection and never skimp out on the quality. I cannot recommend TVK enough and think even if you aren't vegan you should definitely give them a try.

Included in this months box was a delicious recipe for "Cheesy" Leek and Broccoli Tartlets from Emma over at www.coconutandberries.com. Emma's website is full of fantastic vegan, healthy recipes and definitely one to give a read.

The featured campaign this month goes to the British Hedgehog Preservation Society. It's not always about the animals we deem as 'pets' that need guardians but also the less known animals and wild animals that are always harmed or killed on roadsides etc especially throughout bonfires and firework month. Don't forget that 10p from every box sold goes to that months featured campaign so not only are you getting yummy snacks and treats you are also helping support smaller businesses and rescue centres.

What do you think? Have you tried The Vegan Kind?
